{2015} Christmas Baking + Healthy Cranberry Orange Trail Mix!

December 26, 2015 by Medha 7 Comments

Happy Boxing Day!

I hope everyone had a fabulous Christmas and is getting pumped for the New Year.

I did a lot of holiday baking this year! I made these caramel chocolate chip cookies which were amazing, my 4-ingredient vegan jam bars, these vegan double chocolate cookies, and these caramel-studded molasses cookies!

The caramel chocolate chip cookies were def the star of the show, and I’ll be making them again today, along with these seven layer bars!

Today’s recipe is markedly less decadent than everything else I’ve been making lately. Because while I love cookies and gooey delicious bars (which you will be seeing on Monday!), you need a break every now and then. In addition to this recipe, you can find more healthy snacking ideas here.

Healthy Cranberry Orange Trail Mix | Whisk and Shout

This cranberry orange trail mix combines all of those holiday flavors: tangy mandarin oranges, tart cranberries, nutty pecans, tender coconut, and of course, chocolate! With only five ingredients and almost no prep, you can’t go wrong with this delicious holiday-inspired snack.

Enjoy!

This trail mix looks delicious, Medha! We’ve had our share of cookies around here lately, so I’m thinking a batch of this trail mix might be in order soon. 🙂

I love making my own trail mix – it’s such a great snack when you need something quick or on the go. Those cookies also look delicious 😀
