Classic Kale Salad {Vegan + GF}

- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup water
- 8-10 cups kale, shredded and washed
- ⅓ cup toasted sesame seeds
- Combine all ingredients except kale and sesame seeds in a bowl and whisk until homogenous.
- In a large bowl, combine kale and dressing, and massage with your hands for about 2-3 minutes.
- Top with sesame seeds and serve immediately or let rest for kale to absorb flavors even more.
