This creamy vegan and gluten-free chocolate dip is made with only three ingredients and studded with crunchy peanuts, pistachios, dried fruit, and vegan chocolate chips!
Ingredients
Chocolate Dip
2-3 oz cocoa butter
½ cup cocoa powder
⅓ cup maple syrup or honey
Mix Ins
pistachios
peanuts
dried fruit (I used cranberries)
chocolate chips
Instructions
Melt cocoa butter in microwave at 1 minute intervals until it looks like oil.
Stir in cocoa powder and maple syrup until smooth.
Immediately stir in add ins.
Let sit to thicken.
Serve with crackers (I love the Blue Diamond almond thins because they're GF!), graham crackers, or fruit!
