Life is short…

11130689_634231816677561_775642110_n

Eat dessert first.

So what should you eat?

  • this crazy no-bake popcorn/dulce de leche/pb cheesecake maybe?
  • or (omg!) this peanut brittle cheesecake
  • if you haven’t seen these brownies, where have you been though
  • i’m actually obsessed with joanne and her pies
  • breakfast just got adorable and delicious
  • want some banana bread for breakfast? (who doesn’t)
  • or if you’re feeling waffles, you’re not even ready for these grapefruit ones
  • speaking of grapefruit, it’s sorbet season!
  • malted milk powder has been all over the blogosphere lately and I couldn’t be more thrilled that it’s in these
  • these are from literally forever ago but like, i can’t stop thinking about them?
  • because it’s carrot cake season and she’s amazing
  • i want five boxes of these magic bars please
  • this avo mousse looks so good omg
  • these waffles though!!!!!!!!
  • okay tbh I didn’t know what a long john was, but now I do and I want 500
  • but like, this tart is vegan and gluten free (how)
  • speaking of tarts, this is from a while back, but it’s been on my mind
  • these bars are giving me life btw
  • aaaaand these ones (i told you there’s a malted thing happening!)
  • a second carrot cake because why not + graham crackers in cake is genius and the inspo for this cake i just made!
  • walnuts are everything and so is vegan chocolate sauce!
  • some photogenic and gf brownies for ya

And in case you were looking for savory goodness:

  • orzo screams spring and this salad looks tooooo good
  • because black rice is pretty and tofu is so good, okay? (haters pls leave)
  • this is just the kind of weeknight pasta dinner i crave
  • farro is the king of all grains, especially in this springy salad
  • the bread. the ricotta. the berries. hello, crostini!
  • this sandwich!!!!!!!! i repeat, this sandwich!
  • open sesame! (in this case, sesame is my mouth as i guzzle these sweet potatoes)
  • possibly the most colorful falafel of all time!
  • want some hummus with that falafel? how about on toast?
  • orecchiette is unfairly cute in this pasta dish
  • soup has never been prettier
  • broccoli is delish and soba is even better
  • bet you never thought sweet potatoes could get this classy!!!
  • this salad screams spring and i want it all
  • i used to hate thai food. thank god i adjusted because i would never wanna miss out on this thai noodle stirfry!
  • with quinoa and fresh veggies, this salad is killin’ the health and spring game

Hope everyone had a restful Easter weekend and is enjoying the April spring weather!
