Raw Peanut + Banana Chip Bites {Vegan + GF!}

Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup pb2
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • pinch salt
  • 1-2 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor till blended.
  2. Add the chocolate chips and pulse to mix.
  3. Using a tablespoon, roll balls of the dough, place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, and flatten slightly with your fingers. You may want to lightly wet your hands to prevent sticking.
  4. Freeze for 5-10 minutes and serve.
  5. Store in refrigerator for 1-3 days.
